Multnomah County Mental Health and Addiction Services

The mission of Multnomah County Mental Health and Addiction Services Division (MHASD) is to build and maintain high quality, accessible and culturally competent systems of care for children, youth and adults with a mental illness, emotional or addictive disorder. We provide mental health services to adults, children & families through a system of care that includes community-based services, respite, sub-acute & inpatient care, treatment, and transitional housing.

Mental Health and Addiction Services works with treatment providers and community agencies to help individuals and families in Multnomah County achieve and maintain recovery.
