Health Share works closely with a large and diverse network of partners, to serve the needs of communities across Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. This includes making sure individuals know how to apply for and use their medical, dental and behavioral health benefits regardless of the language or background. Beginning in 2024, we are also working with community-based organizations to administer Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) benefits.
