As a Health Share member, you are eligible for all benefits covered by the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), at no cost. Your benefits include primary care services, doctor visits, prescription drugs, pregnancy care, some vision services, and more.

Dental Benefits
If you are a Health Share member, you can get free dental care with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Taking care of your teeth helps keep your whole body healthy. Make sure you and your family see the dentist at least once a year!
What are my dental benefits?
Health Share members can get free dental care, including:
Cleanings
Exams
Fillings
Fluoride
Sealants
Stainless steel crowns for molars (back teeth)
Care for gum disease
Full dentures every 10 years (and partial dentures every 5 years) no matter how long ago your teeth were removed.

How to find a dentist
You can find your dentist's contact information on your Member ID Card. You can choose a new dentist in network.
To find a new dentist, contact your dental health plan or use the provider list:

All plans cover the same kinds of medicine, but they may use different brands, have different ways to get your medicine, or work with different pharmacies.

Talk to your primary care provider (your main doctor or clinic) listed on your ID card.
Need urgent mental health support?
Call your county's mental health crisis line 24/7.
