What’s Changing for Legacy Health PacificSource members Starting January 1, 2026

• Legacy Medical Group is joining the CareOregon provider network.

• If you have Health Share with Legacy Health PacificSource, you will be switched to CareOregon automatically on January 1.

• You do not need to do anything. You can keep seeing your same doctors.

• Most doctors will now be part of CareOregon.

• Health Share will send you a letter soon with more details and instructions.

• This change will help make sure you keep getting the care you need.
