Here for you during natural disasters

Here for you during natural disasters

Girl with mask embraces a caregiver

As a result of the current fires burning throughout Oregon, thousands are displaced. Many have lost their homes, property, pets, and livestock. Our hearts are heavy with the destruction in our home state. We want to help support you during this time.

We will do everything possible to accommodate members who need to go out of state or service area due to the wildfires. We will work to provide a hands-on transfer to your plan for assistance. We also want to make sure your prescription and equipment needs are met. Members still have immediate access to emergency room care and urgent care if needed.

Get up to the minute Oregon wildfire resources.

Durable medical equipment and supplies

We want to make sure you can replace lost or damaged durable medical equipment and get the supplies you need. We can help you find coverage for reasonable and necessary repairs, servicing and replacement of equipment. This can include prosthetics and orthotics. It also includes items already purchased or in use. In the event that equipment you own or rent is damaged beyond repair, we can help you explore replacing it.

Prescriptions

You can work with a pharmacist to request filling your covered drug prescriptions. If you do not have a prior authorization pending, you may receive an emergency 96-hour supply. If you have a prior authorization pending, you may receive an emergency supply for up to seven days. If you are not able to access these resources, you can work with our customer service teams to find an answer.

Care Coordination

We have a team of Care Coordinators ready to work with you to be sure you can get the equipment, supplies, and other services you need. Just give us a call.
