We value your commitment to community wellness and look forward to future collaborations!
At Health Share, we partner with local organizations that align with our mission and support our members. Many of these partnerships are through sponsorships that support the health and well-being of our members.
Eligibility for sponsorships is guided by our Community Health Improvement Plan, which also support our Community Health Needs Assessments of CHNA, which inform where Health Share resources will make the most impact.
If you are an organization that serves members in our service area of Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah County, and your event directly supports Health Share members, apply for a sponsorship today.
Sponsorship requests received within 60 days of an event may impact Health Share’s ability to support your request.
Health Share will consider sponsorship requests in the following areas:
- Community events that support members of the Oregon Health Plan
- Culturally specific events that support members of the Oregon Health Plan
- Culturally specific events, including BIPOC, disability and LGBTQ+ focused community events
- Conferences and other formal events supporting community health initiatives of tax-exempt organizations
We welcome opportunities to share information and promote services at your community event! Click here to invite us.
