Health Share sponsors health care related events that support our community’s needs, including health fairs, community events, fundraisers, conferences and provider related events. Please see below for information on the application process.
Organizations requesting event sponsorship support should follow the steps below:
- Fill out the Sponsorship Application in full
- Email the application and any supplemental materials at least 60 calendar days before start of the event to:
Organizations should expect to receive confirmation from Health Share staff within seven calendar days after submitting an application. A decision from Health Share will be made within 30 days of submitting an application.
